Cancellation
Manage your subscription
Use Account → Manage billing to access Stripe’s billing portal. It supports the options enabled by the operator, including cancellation. Contact support if you cannot use the portal.
End of access
A subscription canceled at period end retains access until that paid period expires. If a subscription is no longer active, the Explorer limits apply. Existing documents are retained; premium documents can be edited with an included template for export.
No new subscription required
You can use Explorer without a paid subscription. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
