A little clarity goes a long way.
Can I make a resume for free?
Yes. Explorer includes one saved resume, the Essential template and PDF export. No payment card is needed.
What do paid plans include?
Plus includes more saved resumes, the full template collection, cover letters and monthly AI requests when AI is enabled. Pro adds more capacity and job tailoring. Check Pricing for current limits and prices.
Can I cancel?
Use Account → Manage billing to open the Stripe portal. If the portal is unavailable, contact support. Access continues until the paid period ends when cancellation is scheduled for period end.
Does AI make up experience?
The tool is instructed to use your facts only, but mistakes remain possible. Review every suggestion. We do not guarantee interviews, ATS scores or employment.
What if an integration is unavailable?
Resume editing and PDF export work independently. Payment and AI features show a clear unavailable message until their providers are configured.
